Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Authors Perspective Press. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services or you are having second thoughts, we’re here to help.
Request
To be eligible for a refund, you need to initiate a request directly to the consultant handling your account. Refund requests need to be filed within 5 (Five) Calendar days from the date of official transaction (Purchase of Service). Otherwise, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, our refunds team will inspect/investigate and notify you. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting/investigating your account. For Marketing Services, If the service agreed has been endorsed for fulfillment and has commenced, it will automatically be NON-REFUNDABLE.
For Publishing Assistance Service, if the manuscript digital file has been submitted and no work done on Layout and Formatting. The Account is eligible for 100% refund less the installment surcharges paid.
If the manuscript has reached production. The Account is eligible for 50% refund less the installment surcharges paid.
If the manuscript has reached the 3 rd round layout, interior, or cover corrections. The Account is eligible for 30% refund less the installment surcharges paid.
If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
